Who I Am:

I am an educator, turned instructional designer and eLearning developer. Since I was a child, I have loved educating. There is nothing more rewarding than delivering content, then witnessing the spark in a learner's eyes as they grasp a new concept!

My passion for educating drives me to create engaging, accessible learning materials that make a real impact. I focus on developing high-quality content that is not only useful to learners, but delivers measureable results. 

When you work with me, you can be sure your learners will get content and learning experiences that are relevant to their unique situation. They will walk away with new, practical knowledge. No more boring 'click-through' training!

How I Work:

With a master's degree in Instructional Technology, a bachelor's degree in Education, and over 17 years of experience creating eLearning materials, I have the expertise to effectively address learning and skill gaps in any group of learners.

When working with a potential client, my first priority is to identify the root cause of the problem, then determine the most effective and efficient solution. This solution can take many forms: computer based eLearning courses, virtual or in-person training sessions, videos, training manuals, or even something as simple as a job aid. Occasionally, we'll discover that my services aren't even necessary because the problem lies elsewhere!
